17.12.04: Management Of Kathmandu Finance has changed as the latest AGM declared to bring new board member.

AGM has fixed Mr. Narayan Singh as president of a company while Mr. Hari Krishna Shrestha as Chief Executive Officer.

In its new developed board Mr. Damodar Regmi, Mr. Sureshmani Dixit and Keshari Chucheriya respectively has nominated as board members.
